For electronic manufacturers seeking to enter the Japanese market, MET Labs can help attain the VCCI Mark for EMC. MET’s facilities are registered in accordance with the Rules for the Voluntary Control Measures, provided by The Voluntary Control Council for Interference by Information Technology Equipment (VCCI), to test Information Technology Equipment to the Technical Requirements under V-3/2011.04.
MET also partners with Japanese lab COSMOS. COSMOS is a Japanese-accredited Authorized Assessment Body and has been approved by MET to perform testing which can lead to MET safety certification for the US and Canadian market. 
COSMOS will also perform the required factory follow-up inspections in Japan.
