Feedback from seminar and webinar attendees:

I attended the MIL-STD-461 & -810 seminar last week at your Baltimore facility. I wanted to communicate how impressed I was with the seminar and that I appreciated the time you personnel took not only during the presentation, but also afterwards to discuss our specific needs.

I have been involved in system-level testing of aerospace and military products for over 10 years. It is quickly apparent to me when employees care about what they do. From observing the employees that were not involved with the tour, it was obvious that your personnel are passionate and professional in carrying out their tasks. I’m sure your company’s culture is a tremendous source of pride; it shines through in their work.

After the presentation your engineer spent a considerable amount of time with my colleague and me discussing a particularly challenging military electronics problem we’re currently working on. Another one of your employees spent quite a bit of time discussing the background of some cell phone testing that had been done recently. His depth of knowledge and practical input were impressive.

We have used your services for a variety of military and commercial tests over the years and have been extremely satisfied with your company’s support. It was nice to put some faces to the voices that have helped us over the years, especially our account manager – he has always been extremely responsive and supportive to accommodate our needs.

Again, I wanted to communicate what an outstanding cadre of personnel you have at your facility as well as the end product they produce.

I’d like to express my appreciation for the “Customer Appreciation Day of Seminars” and the Crab Feast.

As usual, MET Labs has provided valuable information to its customers - maybe I should say “business partners”. The tour of the facilities and the presentations that were made, were excellent. It’s obvious that the presenters were well prepared and very knowledgeable about the subject(s) they addressed. Again, I must say that I’m very impressed with the way that MET Laboratories treats its business partners. You have a company that has a business model that can only be a long term winner!

All I can say is “THANKS”!  I, we, really appreciate being able to do business with you guys.
